Right of Cancellation 

No right of cancellation for business customers

This cancellation policy applies exclusively to business customers within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), i.e. natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, are acting in the course of their commercial or self-employed professional activities.

 

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts concluded between our company and business customers. The right of withdrawal under Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB) applies only to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB and is therefore not applicable to business customers.

 

No contractual right of cancellation

In addition to the absence of a statutory right of withdrawal, business customers are also not granted a contractual right of withdrawal. Withdrawal from or cancellation of the contract is only possible in accordance with the individual contractual agreements made or the applicable statutory provisions.

 

Please therefore check all details carefully before concluding a contract, as subsequent cancellation or withdrawal is generally excluded.
