AdBlue systems are a standard feature of today's diesel exhaust gas purification systems. An additional system that supplements the already complex diesel exhaust technology and forms an additional source of error messages in the exhaust system.
The basic prerequisite for the proper functioning of AdBlue systems is the absolute purity of the AdBlue (urea) liquid used.
Unfortunately, this is not always taken into account. Vehicle users - especially in the commercial vehicle sector - transfer AdBlue liquid from filling systems into unsuitable containers such as old oil or fuel canisters, thus carrying reserves contaminated with hydrocarbons, which are then filled into the AdBlue tank.
Even the smallest contamination by hydrocarbons can trigger a fault message in the AdBlue system. Therefore, the first step in fault diagnosis should be to test for contaminated AdBlue fluid. The test strips offered here detect hydrocarbon contamination in all media such as water or AdBlue.
Oil test paper allows the rapid and reliable detection of oil contaminations. The sensitivity largely depends on the nature of the respective hydrocarbon.
Qualitative test paper
250 mg/L petroleum ether, 10 mg/L gasoline (high octane), 5 mg/L fuel oil, 1 mg/L lubricating oil

Calibration Set for all coating thickness gauges. Included: 1 × FE-substrate 1 × NFE-substrate 5 × certified calibration sheets
(area of 50 μm, 100 μm, 250 μm, 500 μm, 1000 μm)Applicable for all coating thickness gauges with calibration function or to confirm accuracy of auto-calibrating coating thickness gauges.
Bracket with magnetic base for use with our magnetic rulers or all geometric rulers with fold section dimensions of 30 × 7 mm. No dimensional changes as the contact area of the geometric ruler is retained. Flexibly attached magnetic base also enables attachment to all bodywork parts that contain steel. Also available as “Bracket with suction pad base”.
Bracket with suction pad base to complement the version with a magnetic base. Suitable for use on surfaces that do not contain steel, such as aluminium bodywork parts, glass etc. For all geometric rulers with fold section dimensions of 30 × 7 mm. No dimensional changes as the contact area of the geometric ruler is retained.
The magnetic mount can be used to attach our magnetic documentation aids to non-magnetic surfaces, e.g. light alloy bodywork parts, plastic motorcycle fairing plastic bodywork parts. Simply attach the suction pad to any smooth surface and then attach the documentation aids to the magnetic holders.
The inspection mirror is ideal for maintenance and control of vehicles and machines. As an accessory we can also deliver this rod extention which allows inspection of van and truck roofs and bodies. The telescopic rod extention for our inspection mirrors can be extracted up to 2,5 m and has a lenths of 645 mm in folded condition.Weight excluding inspection mirror: approx. 1 kgMaterial: AluminiumOptional accessory for our 20 × 40 cm and ∅ 35 cm inspection mirrors
Support stand for our geometric rulers or all geometric rulers with fold section dimensions of 30 × 7 mm. As a last option for the event that it is not possible to use the clip with the magnetic base or suction pad (no steel, extremely rough surface).Prevents the geometric ruler from tipping sideways when positioned. The base only lifts the geometric ruler by approx. 3 mm, which is negligible when used on the decimetre side (levelling side).
If millimetre-precision is required when positioning the geometric ruler, we recommend using the bracket with a magnetic (article no. 1202110) or suction pad base (article no. 1202100). Note: The support stand cannot be used to freely hold the geometric ruler in an upright position. To do this, support stands have to be either extremely large or very heavy, features which have proven impractical. This support stand solely limits the sideways tilt of the geometric ruler placed in it.
A set comprising a bracket with magnetic base, a bracket with suction pad base and a support stand. For our geometric rulers or all geometric rulers with fold section dimensions of 30 × 7 mm. Prevents the geometric ruler from tipping sideways when positioned. If lost or damaged, the components can be individually purchased.Note: the support stand cannot be used to freely hold the geometric ruler in an upright position (the bracket can do this). To do this, support stands have to be either extremely large or very heavy, features which have proven impractical. This support stand solely limits the sideways tilt of the geometric ruler placed in it.
